Senior Vice President, Digital Software Engineering Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a hands-on technology leader to shape the strategy, architecture, development, and modernization of enterprise digital platforms. Responsibilities include designing and building applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions, while advancing customer acquisition, onboarding, servicing, verification, and self-service experiences. The role partners with business and product teams, modernizes legacy systems, and develops reusable frameworks and services. It also provides technical leadership and mentorship, promotes engineering quality and innovation, and drives adoption of emerging AI technologies. Candidates should have 15 or more years of software engineering and technology leadership experience, with strong practical skills in Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, Angular, JavaScript, API and microservices development, databases, cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD. Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and scalable solution design is required, along with experience building customer-facing digital products. Knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, large language models, and AI-assisted development tools is expected. Experience in financial services, customer onboarding, self-service channels, compliance solutions, or contact center integrations is preferred.
