The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cross-border initiatives that drive business growth, enhance client outcomes, and improve frontline effectiveness. This role requires the ability to translate strategic priorities into practical, scalable solutions across markets and customer journeys, as well as to support the implementation of changes to cross-border propositions, market coverage, processes, and operating models. The SVP will also be tasked with identifying opportunities to simplify and improve cross-border activities while ensuring that appropriate controls and regulatory requirements are embedded from the outset. Key responsibilities for the SVP include sales orchestration, designing end-to-end customer journeys, and developing corridor strategies that reflect market dynamics, client needs, product capabilities, and regulatory considerations. The role demands a senior subject-matter expert in cross-border requirements, with a focus on risk, control, and regulatory management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in cross-border banking, wealth management, financial services implementation, distribution, or a related discipline, and a strong understanding of cross-border regulatory, policy, risk, and control requirements.
