The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources for the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. This strategic and transformative leadership role is pivotal in driving the people agenda across a diverse and dynamic area. The successful candidate will be a key member of the regional leadership team, instrumental in leading transformation, and culture change, and driving organizational capability to enable business growth. Responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to the regional President and leadership teams, and partnering with global Centers of Expertise and People Services teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and commercial HR leader with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation and organizational change within complex, global environments. They must be a true business partner with a sharp commercial mindset, passionate about building high-performance, purpose-led cultures. Experience in blue-chip, global organizations known for HR excellence, particularly in the manufacturing sector across the APME markets, is essential. The role requires the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across different geographies and cultures, and exposure to a contemporary HR operating model is highly valued. International experience, especially outside of APME, will be viewed favorably.
