The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Unified Asset Management (UAM) to spearhead the establishment of a new enterprise capability. This role is pivotal in governing the lifecycle, visibility, ownership, compliance, and optimization of technology assets across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the UAM vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with business, technology, security, compliance, and financial objectives. Key responsibilities include providing executive leadership, building and maturing the asset management organization, and establishing Centers of Excellence for various asset management domains. The role also involves driving the transition of critical capabilities from external service providers to internal teams and leading strategic relationships with managed service providers and technology vendors. Applicants for this role at the company should have an MBA, advanced business degree, or relevant certifications, with a preference for ITIL, IAITAM, SAM, ITAM, ServiceNow, or related certifications. A minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience in enterprise asset management, IT asset management, service management, infrastructure operations, or related technology disciplines is required, including at least 7 years of experience leading global teams and enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITAM, SAM, HAM, CMDB governance, and related areas, with a proven track record of building new organizations and enterprise capabilities. Experience in highly regulated environments and a strong understanding of financial management practices are also essential. The role demands a leader with the ability to influence senior executives, align complex stakeholder groups, and lead change in a global enterprise environment.
