Non-Executive Director (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking an independent Non-Executive Director to contribute to board oversight and support its mission in education. The director will help assess organizational strategy, financial and operational performance, and business risks, while building effective relationships with members in a not-for-profit, member-based environment. The role calls for sound governance judgment and the ability to apply board-level insight to strengthen performance and support a safe, connected learning environment. Candidates should bring expertise in one or more areas such as law, strategic marketing and communications, commercial negotiation and supplier management, or technology, including AI governance and cybersecurity risks. They should have contemporary corporate governance knowledge, strong analytical skills, and values aligned with the mission of Catholic education. Previous board or committee experience is desirable, and a relevant director education qualification is highly regarded.
