The Company is seeking a Head of Organizational Development with a strong background in OD and L&D to lead strategic initiatives in organization design, transformation, and talent management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving workforce productivity, leading change management for major initiatives, and acting as a strategic business partner to core team members. This role involves translating business priorities into people and organization actions, challenging and influencing leadership, and ensuring alignment between business and people strategy. The Head of Organizational Development will also be involved in performance and talent management, leadership development, and capability building, with a focus on continuous learning and upskilling. Applicants for the Head of Organizational Development position at the company should have a proven track record in organization design, hands-on L&D experience, and a background in retail capability development or sales operations training. The role requires the ability to operate both strategically and operationally, strong business acumen, and excellent communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a player-coach approach to leadership and talent development, with the ability to define and implement leadership capability frameworks, and to identify and accelerate high-potential talent. Experience in co-managing a retail academy and a passion for driving a culture of continuous learning and upskilling are also key qualifications for this senior management role.
