Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of HR for its Hong Kong operations. This senior HR leader will be instrumental in building a modern, scalable HR function to support the organization's growth. The role is pivotal, with a focus on the full HR agenda for a workforce of approximately 2,000 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the necessary infrastructure, governance, and capabilities to meet the needs of a complex and operationally intensive business. This includes partnering with senior business leadership to shape the people strategy and ensuring strong operational HR delivery. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a strategic and visionary mindset, strong operational discipline, and a proven track record in transforming HR into a strategic business partner. They should be adept at stakeholder management, organizational leadership, and execution, and be comfortable with both high-level strategy and the details of operational excellence.
