About the Role
Greater New York City, NY Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking a Vice President to take on a pivotal leadership role within its Global Private Equity platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the growth and development of the private equity partners fund, with a focus on leading the origination and execution of buyout transactions across various sectors. This position demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of private equity fund mechanics, exceptional analytical acumen, and a proven track record in executing complex private equity transactions. The role also requires a leader who can mentor and develop junior talent, and who is comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Candidates for the Vice President role should have a Bachelor’s degree, with advanced certifications such as an MBA, CFA, or CAIA strongly preferred. A minimum of 6-10 years' of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or related alternative investment fields is required, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional deal teams. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in financial modeling, valuation analysis, capital structuring, and performance tracking, and be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial platforms. Familiarity with evergreen vehicles or long-duration capital strategies is a strong plus. The role demands a high level of communication skills, the ability to articulate investment theses to senior stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering under tight deadlines.
