The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead its procurement function with a focus on creating a competitive advantage through disciplined spend management, strategic supplier relationships, and a culture of operational excellence. The successful candidate will be the senior-most procurement leader, setting the vision for the role of procurement in the organization and ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic, financial, and clinical priorities. This role is pivotal in the delivery of high-quality, coordinated care, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a complex, multi-site healthcare or similarly regulated enterprise environment. Core responsibilities for the Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing include strategic leadership, executive partnership, financial performance, and value delivery. The role demands a leader with a strong command of procurement technology and data analytics, as well as deep expertise in clinical and non-clinical contract strategy. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and advanced procurement or supply chain certification. Experience in GPO strategy, contract portfolio management, and a background in value analysis methodologies are also preferred. The role requires a leader who can build and develop high-performing teams, champion a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
