Head of Supply Chain

The Company is in search of a Head of Supply Chain to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement within the supply chain. This key role involves leading end-to-end supply chain operations, optimizing distribution networks, and ensuring timely store deliveries. The Head of Supply Chain will also be tasked with strengthening inventory control, demand planning, and stock reconciliation processes, as well as managing transport vendors and route scheduling to enhance delivery efficiency and control logistics costs. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or a related discipline, and a proven track record of senior leadership in managing multi-site distribution networks, preferably within retail or high-volume FMCG environments. The role requires hands-on expertise in warehouse management systems, inventory planning, and transport performance management, as well as strong capabilities in workforce management, budget control, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel regularly to regional distribution sites across the country and be adept at overseeing operational budgets, workforce planning, and site safety standards.
