Associate Vice President, Global Benefits

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Global Benefits to lead and direct all strategic activities related to its benefits programs, service delivery, and leave management. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering the acquisition, retention, and retirement of top faculty and staff, supporting the company's benefits strategy, and ensuring the design and implementation of world-class benefit programs. This role requires a leader with a strong background in benefits, including experience in designing and managing major programs, wellness and training initiatives, and a deep understanding of benefit compliance and regulations. The Associate Vice President will work closely with senior management and the global benefits team to optimize health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives, while maintaining close ties with external industry groups. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience as a benefits professional in a large, global organization. A minimum of 7 years in a managerial role is also required. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of US benefits and retirement laws, experience in global benefits program development, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and vendor management skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role demands a highly self-motivated individual with superior analytical and problem-resolution skills, who can demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
