The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President, Cyber Security Incident Response Team Lead. This senior leadership role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining the enterprise's cyber incident response capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the response to cybersecurity incidents of all severities, from activation to post-incident improvement, and will serve as the primary point of coordination for security operations, threat intelligence, and executive stakeholders. The role demands a proven track record in cybersecurity incident response, including direct people leadership, and the ability to make time-critical decisions while ensuring clear accountability and regulatory readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, experience with incident management standards, and a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements in a financial services or similarly complex environment. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for a cybersecurity certification. A minimum of 8 years' of cybersecurity or technology experience, including at least 4 years' in incident response or management, is required. The role also calls for a candidate with a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain trust in high-pressure situations. Experience in a regulated financial services or insurance environment is highly valued. The successful candidate will be adept at crisis management, stakeholder coordination, and will have a proven ability to drive outcomes across teams.
