Vice President of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead its full HR function and advise executive leadership. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, coaching managers, supporting organizational growth and change, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR operations. The successful candidate will also build consistent HR processes, reporting, and metrics, and support organizational effectiveness and integration initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, and 7–10 or more years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HR business partner capacity. Strong experience across employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and HR operations is required, along with experience supporting creative professionals. Knowledge of employment laws, compensation, benefits, HRIS platforms, Excel, and HR reporting is important, as are excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. HR certifications, multi-state workforce experience, and experience in high-growth environments are preferred.
