The Company is seeking a Vice President, Learning to serve as a senior learning partner with a focus on shaping business-aligned capability strategies and skills-oriented learning pathways. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening workforce readiness, talent development, and business performance through the design and implementation of measurable learning solutions. This role requires a professional with 12-15+ years of experience in learning, leadership development, talent development, or a related CoE role, preferably in a complex, high-performance, professional, or financial services environment. The Vice President, Learning will operate in a matrix partnering model, with vertical responsibility for selected business segments and horizontal accountability for grade-level development across the firm. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Learning include acting as the primary learning partner for assigned business segments, owning the horizontal learning agenda for specific grade levels, and leading the digital capability maturity and future workforce readiness initiatives. The role also involves program design, capability domain ownership, and institutional learning, as well as managing learning systems, mandatory learning, and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning business partnering, performance consulting, and advisory experience with senior stakeholders, and a proven track record in program journey design, curriculum curation, and vendor management. Operational discipline and the ability to use data to continuously improve programs and demonstrate learning impact are essential. The candidate should be commercially aware, intellectually curious, digitally fluent, and adept at engaging stakeholders and managing external partners.
