Responsable de Estudios

The Company is seeking a Responsable de Estudios to join their team. The successful candidate will be involved in the technical and economic analysis of tertiary projects, including residential and hotel types. This role is pivotal in the preparation of offers, cost studies, and the definition of competitive construction solutions. Key responsibilities include project analysis and review, budget preparation, cost analysis, and the evaluation of supplier and subcontractor offers. The role also involves the preparation of technical and economic documentation for tenders, as well as the identification of project risks, opportunities, and viability. Applicants must have a degree in technical architecture, building engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience as a Responsable de Estudios in a construction company. Experience in residential and/or hotel building projects, advanced knowledge of Presto, M4 PRO, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365, and a good understanding of the supplier and subcontractor market in the sector are essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and economic vision, excellent organizational and planning skills, the ability to negotiate, and a results-oriented approach.
