Chief Information Officer (CIO) Greater West Ridge, IL Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide senior executive leadership in the governance and strategic direction of Information Technology. The CIO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a Board-level IT Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, and managing the IT department's operations, including cybersecurity, critical systems, and vendor relationships. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and significant progressive experience in IT leadership. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT governance, regulatory environments, and cybersecurity oversight, as well as experience in leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives and working with executive leadership and Boards. Key responsibilities for the CIO at the company include providing executive oversight of day-to-day IT operations, establishing and maintaining formal IT governance structures, and integrating strategic technology planning into executive and Board governance forums.
