Vice President of Finance Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and investment strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance and accounting function, including monthly close, controls, audit, tax, and cash management. This role demands a hands-on operator with a strong background in finance, particularly in software or recurring-revenue businesses, and a proven track record of building and leading a finance team. The VP of Finance will also be instrumental in owning the planning and forecasting process, driving operational execution, and providing real visibility into the business's performance. Experience in a venture- or growth-equity-backed company is essential, and a background in healthcare, health tech, or a regulated industry is a plus. Key qualifications for the role include at least 8 years' of progressive finance experience, with a focus on SaaS metrics and a deep understanding of the financial aspects of a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, be adept at strategic thinking, and have experience in KPI definitions and business reviews.
