Remote (anywhere in United States)
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Outpatient and Ambulatory Nursing Services to provide executive leadership in a range of critical areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for nursing practice, operations, quality, patient and family experience, workforce engagement, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across outpatient and community-based settings. This role requires a strategic leader who can establish and drive enterprise standards, forge partnerships with interdisciplinary stakeholders, and champion a culture of safety, quality, and professional development. The VP will also be accountable for the financial stewardship of ambulatory nursing services, leading budgeting, resource allocation, and business planning to ensure sustainable growth and responsible financial management. Applicants must have a Master’s degree, a BSN, and a minimum of 15 years of nursing experience, including at least 7 years of clinical experience and 5 years of ambulatory care leadership. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing multi-site outpatient operations, multidisciplinary teams, and change initiatives. Deep expertise in pediatric ambulatory nursing, family-centered care, and evidence-based practice is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance, and budgeting, and be adept at defining and acting on metrics that drive quality, safety, and financial outcomes. Executive communication, influence, and the ability to build high-performing teams are also key requirements for this position.
