Job Description
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who wants to work at an agile startup that’s leveraging advanced technology to power a unique service and create a highly monetizable and impactful business. You’ll be working closely with our talented engineering & product team to ensure a premium service for our highly engaged members.
Responsibilities
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business insights
- Use data to create models that depict trends in the member-base and the executive recruiting industry
- Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Create internal dashboards that showcase key performance indicators
- Acquiring data from primary and secondary data sources, as well as maintaining the database
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
Skills & Requirements
- Proficient in Google Analytics, email analytics, and Excel with a basic understanding of statistical methods
- Proficient in Javascript, MongoDB’s aggregation framework, and SQL
- Working knowledge of analytics and programming languages such as R and Python
- Experience with business intelligence systems and data warehouses a plus
- Experience with looker.io, grafana or other analytics platforms
- Familiar with AWS, Apache Spark, or other ML services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Computer Engineering, or a related field
