The CFO will report directly to our CEO and will be instrumental in building the foundation of a scaling rocketship. We aren’t just looking for a bean counter; we want a true business partner to the CEO who will play an instrumental role managing the business. We are looking for a candidate who wants to join us for the long run and take this company through an IPO. Responsibilities: Own company’s fundraising plans and capital structure Optimize company’s metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC, Churn), cash flow reporting, projections, and KPI's to support rocketship growth, fundraising, and exit options Establish Objective and Key Results (OKR’s) for the entire organization and implement strategies to fulfill these goals Drive management reporting and deliver insights to executive team on financial and sales performance Develop financial strategies, build models, and create budgets to drive short and long term sustainable growth and accurate forecasting Develop and implement efficient financial processes that support our rapidly growing business Prepare executive management presentations, including monthly reporting packages, BOD, and QBR Oversee, manage and advise on cap table and equity grants and support Investor Relations Oversee AR/AP, treasury, payroll and commissions and manage external accounting resources Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required, CPA or MBA preferred More than 3 years experience as CFO at a profitable company with annual revenue of $50M plus Leadership skills to be an inspiration figure across the company Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to spearhead company fundraising efforts What we can offer you: Career Growth: Top performers will have an opportunity to help shape the team.
