- 15 years of experience working with creative teams required
- 10 years of experience managing creative teams either in house or at a creative agency required
- Prior C suite advisory experience required
- Prior international experience & strong global sensibilities required
- Experience of negotiating with managing senior relationships with vendors & agencies required
- Experience of production processes in print, video or digital required
