Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to spearhead its financial strategy and support the business's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing all financial aspects, including control systems, processes, and reporting activities. This role demands a leader who can produce and deliver in-depth management information and analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, and effectively manage cash flow. As the Head of Finance, you will also be tasked with leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team to maintain a high standard of excellence, as well as monitoring and ensuring the achievement of departmental budgets and key performance indicators. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company must be qualified accountants (CIMA/ACA/ACCA/ICAS) with a minimum of 4 years' experience in finance management. While experience in a similar industry is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. The role requires an individual with excellent leadership skills, a strong background in financial management, and previous experience in line management.
