Executive Director Greater Peoria, IL Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead and direct the overall operations of a senior living community. Responsibilities include ensuring operations meet residents’ needs and applicable regulations, maintaining high service quality and occupancy, and achieving financial goals within established budgets. The Executive Director will communicate with residents, families, staff, and community officials; support team performance through coaching and development; and manage complex resident relationships with diplomacy and sound conflict resolution. Candidates should have at least two years of management experience and two years of memory care experience; an associate degree is preferred, and all required licenses must be in good standing. The role calls for strong communication, teamwork, negotiation, and conflict management skills, along with compassion for older adults and respect for confidentiality and privacy. Applicants should bring budgeting, marketing, financial reporting, and multi-budget management experience, as well as intermediate word processing, data processing, and spreadsheet skills.
