The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of FP&A to lead financial strategy and support business performance and growth. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; analyzing financial results and identifying opportunities to improve performance; and advising executive leadership on business decisions. The role will lead and develop the FP&A team, partner with departments to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives, and build financial models for proposed projects and investments. The successful candidate will also prepare and present reports to executive leadership and the board. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. At least 10 years of finance experience, including five or more years in a leadership role within the technology, software, or gaming sector, is required. Applicants should bring strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and interpreting complex financial data, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. An automation-focused approach and familiarity with business intelligence and financial planning systems are valued.
