Executive Director Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the center’s operations and community relationships. Responsibilities include managing external relations, directing multidisciplinary teams, and establishing clear reporting and communication practices. The Executive Director will lead strategic planning and growth initiatives, monitor enrollment, identify service and operational improvements, and develop plans to address community needs. The role also includes recruiting talent, overseeing contracts and financial obligations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and chairing the organization’s compliance program. Candidates should have at least five years of healthcare administration experience, which is strongly preferred, and a relevant bachelor’s or advanced degree. A demonstrated record of success in program development, strategic planning, budget oversight, organizational leadership, talent management, and public relations is required. The Executive Director must be capable of maintaining fiscal solvency and supporting effective, efficient operations.
