Regional Vice President, Retail Operations Greater Turku, Finland Area

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Retail Operations to guide 10–14 District Leaders and oversee a region of more than 200 stores. The role focuses on setting clear direction, aligning district and store teams, and driving consistent execution, sales growth, and profitability. Responsibilities include developing talent, empowering leaders, responding to changing business needs, and using sales and financial reporting to identify opportunities and address performance gaps. The Regional Vice President will also guide budgeting and forecasting, improve operational processes, and ensure stores deliver a positive customer experience. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant multi-unit leadership experience in retail and a proven record of leading large teams successfully. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred, though an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Strong strategic business judgment, communication, interpersonal, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills are required.
