- Prior experience in the Twin Cities preferred
- Prior experience in developing relationships with real estate owners, investors, developers & other real estate advisors preferred
- Experience of leveraging teams & relationships to accomplish goals, including leading approvals through city or government preferred
- Prior experience in public speaking preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Advanced Degree preferred
