Executive Director of Community Health & Pharmacy

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Community Health and Pharmacy. This senior leadership role is pivotal in providing innovative direction and advice for community health and pharmacy programs and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, program development, policy implementation, and monitoring processes related to a wide range of community health and pharmaceutical services. This includes primary care renewal, chronic disease management, public health, and various specialized programs. The role also involves leading the development of frameworks, collaborative strategies, and initiatives, as well as establishing strategic partnerships within the department and with external stakeholders. Applicants must have a relevant university degree, extensive experience in senior management, and a strong background in program and policy development, strategic planning, and budget management. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in change management, results management, and the ability to work effectively with government departments and community organizations. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of national and international health issues, particularly in the areas of pharmacy, women's and gender-diverse health, primary care, and chronic disease. Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills are essential, as is the ability to provide high-quality advice and assistance to senior leaders. A Master's or Doctorate level degree in a relevant field and bilingualism in English and French are considered assets.
