Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management Team Leader

The Company is seeking a Portfolio Management Team Leader - SVP to oversee a team of lenders, providing supervision, coaching, and motivation to ensure the team's performance meets the company's standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Master's degree or equivalent preferred, and at least 5 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience. Extensive commercial banking experience across all tiers of complex capital structures is essential, as is a background in financial and credit analysis, including the ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and financial ratios. Responsibilities for this role at the company include managing and training direct reports in financial and credit analysis, working with the team to assess loan requests, and monitoring the credit quality of a diverse loan portfolio. The successful candidate will be adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and must possess outstanding leadership skills with the ability to build a consensus. Formal credit training is highly preferred, and the individual should have the ability to coach and mentor junior staff, as well as ensure that loan agreements are in compliance with the company's policies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, and Salesforce are also required.
