Head of Finance & Systems Change

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance and Systems Change to lead and drive the improvement of financial systems, procedures, and information flow. The successful candidate will be the key figure in supporting the implementation of new systems and leading the organization in adopting new ways of working. This role involves training budget holders to take more independent control of their budgets, with a focus on changing the financial culture within the organization. The Head of Finance will also be responsible for reviewing and enhancing all finance processes, introducing the use of dashboards, and ensuring the efficiency of the monthly finance process, including management and cash flow forecasting.
