Job Description
This Business Development & Sales internship role at ExecThread, Inc. involves seeking and creating new business opportunities, including contacting & developing relationships with potential clients and conducting hands-on research of target customers. You’ll leverage effective communications skills to engage prospects, schedule meetings and qualify them with the goal of generating pipeline for the Sales organization. In addition, the intern will act as a liaison between our Sales and Customer Success team. Additional responsibilities will be included, but these are the primary activities.
Responsibilities

- Work closely with sales, customer success, business development and founder on special projects
- Pursue partnerships to expand business development and membership
- Proactively organize and analyze data, including sales data
- Assist in prospecting for new business through cold calling and email outreach
- Support all other Sales personnel as needed
- Track inbound/outbound inquiries
- Enter contact information into CRM systems
- Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
- Assist with conference / event reparation
- Assist with preparation for sales presentations
- Organize materials for sales meetings and/or client meetings
