The Executive Director will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management while developing and executing strategies, plans and frameworks for the organization.

Known Requirements:
- Experience of working within sexual as well as reproductive health & rights required
- Prior experience as part of a senior leadership team or as a senior leader in a highly complex or large organization preferred
- Experience in strategic litigation & using the law in creative ways as a tool for social change preferred
- Experience of leading organizational growth & scaling of a similar organizational size and scope preferred
- Experience of working alongside boards of directors on strategy & good governance preferred
- Prior working experience in global south, central & south america, caribbean, or east africa preferred
- English & Spanish preferred
