Executive Director, Human Resources

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Human Resources to play a pivotal role in the operational management of the HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing HR policies and procedures that are in line with the organization's objectives. This includes overseeing compensation, benefits administration, recruitment, retention, policy development, communication, performance appraisal, and employee health and safety programs. The Executive Director will also be involved in the strategic planning of HR initiatives and will be a key contributor to the identification of specific HR needs within the health system. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree being a requirement. A minimum of five years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, is necessary. The role demands a professional with exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and budget knowledge. While not mandatory, SPHR certification is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering a high-reliability culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, and will have a proven track record in leading a team to achieve HR-related goals.
