President Greater Cedar Rapids, IA Area

The Company is seeking a President to lead its overall strategic, operational, and financial performance. The role carries full P&L accountability and responsibility for driving profitable growth, expanding production capacity, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for market growth and cost optimization. The President will oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality, safety, and continuous improvement, while establishing performance measures and guiding capital investment. The role also includes developing a high-performing leadership team, building workforce capacity, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and employee development. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of executive leadership experience in manufacturing or a related industry, including P&L ownership. Required qualifications include a record of leading a manufacturing business through growth or transformation, strong financial and strategic planning skills, and the ability to build and develop cross-functional teams. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a hands-on, results-oriented approach. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred, as are experience in specialty vehicle or transportation manufacturing, familiarity with emergency services, and knowledge of lean manufacturing or operational transformation.
