Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its coalition of conservation organizations. The successful candidate will be dedicated to advocating for the natural world through policy development and uniting land trusts to ensure the protection of lands and waters. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in fundraising, coalition building, and a commitment to the principles of land justice, including Indigenous land access and stewardship. The Executive Director will be responsible for shaping the organization's strategic direction, leading long-term planning, and ensuring the continued success and sustainability of the land trust community in Oregon.
